Baked Ricotta Dip
This recipe started as a way to use up some ricotta I had left over from another recipe. Using ingredients I had on hand I simply mixed it all up, tasted it (there’s no ingredients that must be cooked before eating so a sneaky taste before it goes in the oven is fine) then popped it in the oven & let the magic happen.
After polishing off the first one I made it again and took it along with me to a BBQ, the host was more than happy to let me use her oven. The dip was a hit and disappeared in no time…I then had to make it again the next morning for brunch!
